Thermal insulation

We claim that we know almost everything about the contracting of thermal insulation. After all, the name of our Company, Izolacje (insulation), indicates that the assembly of insulation and the professional experience of the founder were the inspiration for its establishment. At present, we render services within the assembly of insulation in the following technologies:

Thermal insulation – cold insulation

To maintain low temperatures in production and technological processes, insulation of suitable thermal parameters is applied, made of polyurethane or synthetic rubber. Owing to the properties of these substances, they keep the refrigerant at very low temperatures.

The specialist devices we use to process polyurethane resins under high pressure enable us to produce complete systems of thermal insulation with the method of PUR foam injection and spraying.

The high efficiency of insulation and the lower coefficient of thermal permeability make insulation with PUR foam the most efficient solution in thermal insulation. Due to such properties and lower specific weight, the resulting layer of insulation features low mass and very good thermal characteristics.

We offer the assembly of cold insulation for:

• tanks,
• pipelines,
• production equipment.

Thermal insulation is the most effective method to increase the power efficiency of a system. Modern insulation systems protect against excessive heat loss and result in the rationalization of power management in many industrial sectors.

We apply tailor-made solutions that use high quality insulation materials, such as mats and packing made of mineral, ceramic or stone wool, polyurethane foam insulation, lamella and rubber mats and aerogel.

We are capable of providing a whole range of external protective insulation coatings available on the market, depending on the aggressiveness of the environment and your requirements.
